羅先生在羅東三星鄉於兩年前開始經營民宿，座落地點交通方便，腹地大，房子本身的格局也是方正開闊，並提供許多的房間供住宿。但因客戶從住宿的客人的反應也了解到當初建造時的裝潢風格吸引力偏低，因此希望DDV能夠提供專業建議並協助裝修執行。

· 功能需求：

客戶因在預算和時間的雙重考量，希望能在不更動原始管線和水電配置的條件下，維持目前的各項功能的同時，期望能改變空間的風格。空間改造的範圍先進行於一樓的公共交誼大廳包含餐廳。

· 風格喜好：

民宿老闆本身在風格，不管是裝修的材質樣式、家具的挑選、及各種軟裝的裝飾上全權尊重DDV的建議。

量身定制的風格提案：

· 主題： 北歐親新木屋

· 元素： 原木感、明亮

· 顏色：

o 主色調： 白色、原木

o 點綴色： 鐵黑、淺灰

· 裝修：

o 把最重要的顏色和氛圍感定調，我們將在原本傳統的磨石子上鋪上原木感地板，並延伸成為電視主牆，因此在一進入大廳便能延伸整體視覺，把休閒感貫穿於長形的空間。

o 除電視牆面外之所有牆面改換成白色增加明亮感

o 所有的窗戶之傳統對拉的窗簾置換成木質的百葉窗簾，以提升質感和配色

o 在一窗邊打造高腳桌椅，除了有實際功能外，讓客人能享受戶外窗景外，大大添增休閒休憩感

· 家具：將原有部分家具做以下置換

o 木質感且黑鐵件之電視櫃及長方茶几

o 防髒污之科技布之灰色現代L型沙發

o 北歐原木腳之白色座椅

o 深灰皮質窗台高腳吧檯椅

· 裝飾：以橡膠榕為主要大型落地盆栽，強化長型餐廳座位的餐桌擺是以增添舒是居家感

Mr. Luo started operating a homestay in Sanxing Township, LuoDong, two years ago. Conveniently located with ample space, the house has a spacious layout and offers many rooms for accommodation. However, based on feedback from guests, Mr. Luo realized that the initial decor style lacked appeal. He sought professional advice and assistance from DDV for renovation.

Functional Requirements:

Considering budget and time constraints, the client aims to maintain the current functionalities while changing the space's style without altering the original plumbing and electrical configurations. The renovation will focus on the ground floor's public lounge area, including the restaurant.

Style Preferences:

The homestay owner fully respects DDV's suggestions regarding decor, including materials, furniture selection, and decorations.

Tailored Style Proposal:

Theme: Nordic Fresh Wooden House

Elements: Natural wood, brightness

Colors:

Primary: White, wood

Accents: Iron black, light gray

Renovation:

· Setting the tone with essential colors and ambiance, wooden flooring will replace the traditional terrazzo, extending to the TV feature wall, enhancing the leisure atmosphere throughout the elongated space.

· All walls except the TV feature wall will be changed to white to increase brightness.

· Traditional curtains on all windows will be replaced with wooden blinds to enhance texture and color coordination.

· A high table and chairs will be placed by one window, not only serving a practical function but also allowing guests to enjoy outdoor views, greatly enhancing the leisure and relaxation ambiance.

Furniture: Some existing furniture will be replaced with:

· Wooden and black iron TV cabinet and rectangular coffee table

· Gray modern sectional sofa with dirt-resistant technology fabric

· White chairs with Nordic wooden legs

· Dark gray leather high stools for the bar counter

Decoration: The main large floor-standing rubber plant will enhance the homely atmosphere of the long dining table layout.
